This is SAGE! She is Sailor Southern Crown (Corona Austrina) and as I'm sure you've guessed she is Alastrina's sister...Her big sister to be exact. She has a bad atitude the large majority of the time and doesn't like to get emitionally attached to people. Rhianna is her and Alastrina's half sister!

The arms look a lot less twiggy than in the the anthro drawing I commented. And the shading is very well done, along with most of the folds in the clothing. Though up around the character's right leg, there are folds drawn into the cloth, but the cloth isn't actually rolled up and around the leg like the lines in the cloth would indicate... unless my eyes aren't seeing this picture right, which is entirely possible.

I love the eyes and the lips. The parting of the hair along with the light reflecting of the hair is very well done too!
